How to set RezBoost
™
Tap the sounder display to show the pop-up menu, then scroll the menu to show [Rez-
Boost]. Tap [RezBoost], then tap [Enhanced]* or [Standard].
*Not available if the transducer is manually selected or a non-compliant transducer is
used.
7.14 White Edge
The white edge function gives the seabed echo a white edge, making it easier to dif-
ferentiate bottom-feeding fish from the seabed itself.
Note 1: The white edge function is compatible with the internal fish finder, as well as
the following transducers and their software versions. Use of other transducers or soft-
ware versions is not recommended.
Note 2: For DFF-3D owners, using the triple-beam display, this function is applied only
to the center beam’s echoes.
Note 3: When a TZT9 or TZT14 is connected to the same network, the white edge
function is not available.
To activate the white edge function, do the following:
1. Tap the fish finder display to show the pop-up menu.
2. Tap [White Edge]. The white edge setting options appear.
3. Tap the desired value, or tap [OFF] to disable the white edge function.
A larger value increases the width of the white edge.
