Headset bearings, HIC
Shim, Compression cap and
compression bolt are factory
assembled.
Rotate the clamp until the
clamp opening is centered
over the slit in the riser tube.
If HIC needs to be adjusted:
place the HIC shim over the
fork and tighten the bolt
through the top cap and into
the top of the fork until there
is no headset wobble and
the fork rotates freely.
Slide the handlebars (T-bar)
over the fork.
Once the T-bar is aligned
correctly, using the Allen
wrenches, evenly tighten the
three bolts on the clamp so
that it compresses around
the riser.
