SMS
The alarm key must initialize the GPS system properly at rst. It is important to do this properly at rst so that you can make
optimal use of the GPS reception in future.
1. Program an SOS number as described above.
2. Activate the SOS on the alarm key, but do this outside where you can be assured of good GPS reception.
3. Accept the emergency call on your smartphone and wait until you receive the location (during the call) by SMS. This is
most likely another Network Location determination.
4. The call may be disconnected
5. Wait 5 minutes.
Repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 until you receive an SMS via GPS Location.
If you still receive the SMS with a Network Location, repeat these
steps at a dierent outside location.

SMS codes:
Each SMS to be set starts with $ #, followed by the programming code, then a four-digit password (default “1234”),
then optionally a setting such as a phone number and ends with #.
Note that all programming codes must be sent in capital letters.
SOS1, SOS2, SOS3, SOS4 or SOS5 setting:
$#SOS1,1234,0612345678#
$#SOS2,1234,0612345678#

0612345678 is the number here, replace it with the number you wish to set
