Classification of child safety seats (for
reference only):
a. Group 0/0+ child safety seat:
- Suitable for infants weighing less than
13 kg.
b. Group I child safety seat:
- Suitable for toddlers weighing between
9kg and 18kg. For children weighing up
to 18 kg (3 years old), rear-facing child
safety seats must be installed.
c. Group II child safety seat:
- Suitable for children weighing between 15
kg and 25 kg.
d. Group III child safety seat:
- Suitable for children weighing between
22kg and 36kg.
