6. In-service maintenance
Checking the oil level
Be sure to check the oil level regularly. Park
the vehicle on level ground, apply the park
brake, and shut down the engine. After the
engine cools down, open the engine hood and
check the oil level.

the relevant warning instructions
carefully before opening the engine
hood.
NOTE
While checking the oil level, ensure the
engine is cold.
- Pull out the dipstick

- Wipe off the oil stains on the dipstick
using a clean cloth, and then insert the
dipstick completely.
- Pull out the dipstick again and read
the measured oil level, which shall be
between “L” (lower limit mark) and “H”
(upper limit mark).
- If there is too little engine oil, please
add engine oil in time. Otherwise, poor
lubrication will damage the engine.
