Usage Features

  • Easy Installation: The inner bowl is installed by turning it clockwise to lock, and removed by turning counter-clockwise to unlock. The kneading paddle is placed on the shaft at the bottom of the inner bowl.
  • Ingredient Order: Generally, liquid ingredients are added first, followed by eggs, salt, powdered milk, and other ingredients. Flour is placed on top of the liquid, and yeast on top of the dry flour. Salt and yeast should not come into direct contact.
  • Pre-Set Function: Allows users to set a delayed start time using the "Hour / Minute" buttons. Perishable ingredients like eggs should not be used with this function.
  • Adding Ingredients During Cooking: Nuts or fruits can be added to the inner bowl when the appliance beeps during the cooking process. Adding fruit too early can hinder flavor.
  • Keep Warm Function: After baking, the appliance automatically enters a one-hour "Keep Warm" cycle. It beeps 5 times when done and once more after the keep warm cycle finishes.
