CURVED PERGOLA ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Post and Base Assembly

Assemble posts into base caps and secure to base flanges with screws.

STEP 2: Long Crossbar Assembly

Connect long crossbars A and B using outer connectors and screws.

STEP 3: Short Crossbar Assembly

Connect short crossbars A and B using outer connectors and screws.

STEP 4: Attach Crossbars to Posts

Place assembled crossbars onto posts and secure with screws and washers.

STEP 5: Attach Remaining Crossbars

Place assembled crossbars onto structure and secure with screws and washers.

STEP 6: Roof Tube Assembly

Connect roof tubes 1, 2, and 3, then attach to long crossbars with screws.

STEP 7: Attach Roof Tubes

Insert roof tubes 4 and 5, connect to long crossbars using screws.

STEP 8: Canopy and Strip Installation

Place canopy, insert steel strips, fasten finials, and tie cloth strips.

STEP 9: Final Securing and Placement

Slide fixed tube into short crossbars, secure posts with base caps and stakes.
