Grass collection
1. Remove the mulching plug (33) and attach the grass catcher (26). Make
sure the side discharge attachment (19) is not fitted to the product and the
side discharge cover(20) is in place.
2. Empty the grass catcher regularly. Check the capacity with the indicator
(26a) on the grass catcher (26).
Mulching
NOTE: Mulching means cutting and returning the grass clippings to
the lawn in one step: the grass clippings are cut very fine and then
distributed evenly back onto the lawn. Under normal conditions, the
mulched grass will biodegrade quickly to provide nutrients to the
lawn.
1. Insert the mulching plug (32) into the rear discharge chute (31), make sure
the side discharge attachment (19) and grass catcher (26) are not fitted to
the product and the side deflector guard (20) is in place.
