application involving a financial gain or hire is subject to a
conditional 90 day warranty (unless deemed otherwise by
Gardencare).
The machine must be reasonably kept and only used for the
operation it was designed and manufactured for whilst keeping
within the usage instructions of this manual.
Only genuine parts, accessories and lubricants should be used to
maintain warranty.
The following are NOT considered to be covered by warranty:
Failure due to normal wear & tear from regular usage.
Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper storage or transport.
Damage due to repairs / service carried out by unauthorized
personnel.
Damage due to the use of fuels and lubricants which do not meet
the specifications in the instruction manual.
Damage caused by contaminated fuel.
Damage due to the use of non-genuine parts & accessories.
