7 Lay the new keyboard cover on the notebook, then slide it into place.
8 Press down on the keyboard cover in several places to make sure it is in place. The
cover is correctly mounted when you can run your finger along the cover and find
no loose spots. The keyboard cover should be flat all the way across.
9 Close and latch the LCD panel.
10 Replace the battery, connect the AC adapter and modem and network cables, then
turn on the notebook.
Caution If the keyboard cover is not correctly replaced, the notebook could
be damaged when you try to close the LCD panel.
