13 Remove the two screws that secure the LCD video connector to the notebook. Note
the location of the LCD panel grounding wires attached to one of the right hinge
screw holes.
14 Use the plastic tab to carefully unplug the LCD video cable from the notebook. Make
sure that you grasp the tab, not the cable.
Caution The connector is fragile.
