Adjusting the volume in Windows XP
You can use the volume controls to adjust the overall volume and the volume
of specific sound devices in your computer.
To adjust the overall volume level using hardware controls:
■ On the keyboard, press the volume buttons to change the volume,
or press the mute button to turn off all sound.
