  If the LEDs on your Gavita Aquariums fixture aren't turning on, even though you can access the fixture via WiFi, ensure the time is set correctly within the system and that the lights are programmed to be on at the current time. Also, double-check that you've saved your Program settings properly and that you are setting a Program and not a Mood. Verify the power supply is working by checking if the fan comes on briefly when you power cycle the device. Confirm that the power supplies have power and a breaker hasn’t tripped, and ensure the power cord is securely plugged into the unit.

  If you cannot access the Gavita Aquariums system via WiFi, check for available WiFi access points. If you see 'EURONET,' the system is in Access Point Mode, and you can connect directly. Alternatively, select the system and configure it directly, or connect the system to your home network using the WPS feature. If connected via WPS, ensure your mobile device is also connected to the home network and use the Euroquatics Remote app to identify the system's IP address, then type that IP address into your browser. As a last resort, go into your network settings and have your phone forget the network and then reconnect.

  If the LEDs on your Gavita Aquariums are flickering, check the unit temperature on the Settings page. If the unit is reporting over 50°C (122° F), ensure there is good ventilation. Make sure you hear the fan running, as a failed fan can cause the system to overheat quickly, triggering the self-protection mechanism. If the fan does not power up, consider replacing it.

  If the interface webpage for your Gavita Aquariums system does not load properly or appears incomplete, try refreshing the web page. Allow the page sufficient time to load, as it may take a few extra seconds upon the first login. Clear the cache in your browser. Note that the web interface is not optimized for tablets due to the use of multiple types of mouse clicks, and detailed programming via tablet devices is not recommended.
