it is used to:
- turn on the machine and the gearmotor that driv er the p roduct mix ing
auger in the bow l.
- turn off all machine functions.

- in p osition “0 ” the refrigeration sy stem is off;
- W ith the sw itch in the “I” p osition, the refrigeration sy stem is activ ated for
the p roduction of chilled p roducts.
- W ith the sw itch in the “II” p osition, the refrigeration sy stem is activ ated for
defrosting.

- W ith the sw itch in the “I” p osition, mix ing is set for the p roduction of
sp oon-serv ed chilled p roducts (v anilla ice cream and similar p roducts).

chilled drink p roducts (v anilla ice drink s and similar p roducts).
