Preparing to install the refrigerator.
Location
Do not install the refrigerator where
the temperature will be below 60°F.
At these temperatures the refrigerator
will operate, but it will not cool foods
properly.
The refrigerator must be installed on a
floor strong enough to support it when
fully loaded.
Clearances
Allow the following clearances for ease of
installation, door opening and proper air
circulation:
Top: 3″
Back: 1″
Sides: 1″
Leveling Legs
Adjustable legs at the front corners
of the refrigerator should be set so the
refrigerator is firmly positioned on the
floor, and the front is raised or tilted just
enough that the doors close easily when
opened about halfway.
To adjust the leveling legs, turn legs
counterclockwise
to raise the refrigerator,
clockwise
to lower it.
