5.7.3 Sample application using a sample loop
Introduction
A sample loop is recommended for injection of smaller sample volumes onto the column.
A sample loop can be connected to either the Injection valve or the Loop valve. When
using the Loop valve, up to five loops can be connected simultaneously.
Sample loop is called capillary loop in UNICORN.
Note:
How to fill a sample loop
Follow the instructions to fill the sample loop with sample.
