2.3 Removing the foldable door and pump cover
Introduction
The foldable door and pump cover can be removed from the instrument, for example
to fit the ÄKTA avant instrument in a cold cabinet. When using the instrument in a cold
room or cold cabinet, make sure to follow the precautions listed below.
Remove the foldable door
While holding on to the foldable door, unscrew the four screws marked in the following
illustration. The door can then be removed.
Remove the pump cover
Follow the instruction to remove the pump cover.
