Set up for calibration
The set up for calibration procedure is run to ensure that no air bubbles are present in
the system tubings. A column should be connected to make the calibration conditions
similar to those of a real run.

Open the instructions box in the System Control module.1
Set the flow path in the instructions box under FlowPath, Inlet, Outlet, Air-
Trap, Column.

Use an appropriate inlet and outlet, set AirTrap to Bypass and Column to
Bypass.

Connect the inlet tubing to appropriate buffer vessels.4
Start pump A (%B = 0) with a ManFlow of 50%.5
Run the pump until the flow meter signal is stable.6
Start pump B (%B = 100) with a ManFlow of 50%.7
Run the pump until the flow meter signal is stable.8
