ActionStep
Place the sample(s) on the tray or on the White Insert.3
Take care not to cover the areas outside any visible markings on the tray,
or the White Insert, as they mark the field of view.
It is possible to place more than one membrane or gel provided they fit into
the field of view.
There are two alternative tray positions with different fields of view:
1
One side of the White Insert indicates the maximum field of view of 8 x
11 cm for the upper tray position. Use the upper tray position for
Chemiluminescence capturing for a smaller field of view of a single
membrane and shorter exposure time.
2
The other side of the White Insert indicates the maximum field of view
of 16 x 22 cm for the lower tray position. Use the lower tray position for
a larger field of view for one to four samples.
