3.2 Bypass LEDs

The monitor is in the Danger Bypass mode.
The system is in the Power-Up mode.
User invoked Self Test is in progress.
Timed OK/Channel Defeat is active.
Both channels are bypassed.
Rack Inhibit contacts at the back of the rack closed.

If a channel's BYPASS LED comes on, that channel is
bypassed, or Timed OK/Channel Defeat is active.

If one or both BYPASS LEDs are flashing, Trip Multiply is
active. If only one LED is flashing, the other channel has
the flashing overridden by:
Channel bypass, or
Timed OK/Channel Defeat, or
Danger Bypass
