Thebreathdetectionthresholdistoolow(1=breath,
2=artifact).Thefollowingisanexampleofincorrect
detection,wherethe1’sarecorrectlydetected
breaths,butthe2’sareartifactincorrectlydetected
asbreaths,ascanbeseenbytheinspirationand
expirationmarkersonthe2’s.
●Increasethedetectionsensitivitypercentageuntil
themarkerscorrectlyidentifyeachinspirationand
expiration.Thefollowingisanexampleofcorrect
detection,wheretheinspirationandexpiration
markersonlyappearonthebreathsandnotthe
artifact.
