GE MEDICAL SYSTEMS CT 9800 QUICK SYSTEM
Rev. 3 Direction 18000
8-6-27
All ”bug check” error codes produced by the slave APM operating system that reference the
ACP or SMP are caused by the ACP or SMP not running, acontrol store parity error, or the
parameter load sequencer error condition. To correct this class of problems, the hard
diagnostics should be run to determine the exact problem area in the ACP, SMP, or PLS. The
other general class of slave errors can be generated by hardware errors in the M6800 chip
or a problem in public memory. The hardware diagnostics for the slave and public memory
tests should be run and the problem corrected by the hardware engineer. The software
generated error codes 10201 and 10305 are caused by the communication between the master
and slave APm operating system. If these errors occur, the support field analyst for APM
should be contacted.
