Calibration
The calibration routines for the DPI 610 and DPI 615 Low Pressure calibrators are as
described in calibration page 43, with the exception of the internal pressure range. The
calibration procedure for the internal pressure range requires the application of five test
pressures as detailed below.
Note: Refer to page 43 for the general procedures of calibrating the instrument. Refer to
Table 1, page 44 for the transducer verification.
Calibrate Internal Pressure Range
To calibrate the internal pressure range:
Connect the outlet port of the instrument to a pressure standard.
Switch the instrument ON.
Allow at least one hour for the temperature of the instrument to stabilize.
Select SETUP and enter the SETTINGS menu.
Note: SETUP cannot be selected from BASIC mode.
Select CALIBRATION from the SETTINGS menu and enter the calibration PIN
number (refer to page 45 for PIN number details).
Select PRESSURE INT from the CALIBRATION menu (refer to page 46).
Apply negative full-scale pressure to the instrument. Store the negative full-scale
point:
Apply negative, half full-scale pressure to the instrument and store the negative
half full-scale point:
