ICEMAKER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Read each step thoroughly before proceeding.

PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION
• Remove and discard the large white plug

• Remove the outlet cover with a flat-blade
screwdriver.

PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION

is an installation instruction label on the back of
the unit that indicates which installation method
WR XVH )ROORZ WKH LFHPDNHU LQVWDOODWLRQ PDQXDO
that comes with your icemaker kit carefully to
complete the icemaker installation.
To install water valve, follow the installation
instruction label on the back of the unit above the
machine compartment.
Remove
plug
Attention – Water Valve Installation Procedure
Pull out the water valve
connector in the right side
of machine compartment.
Remove the cover from
connector.
Assemble refrigerator
wiring connector to
water valve.
Close box and insert
the screw into the
protective box.
Install water valve on
refrigerator cabinet with
screw.
Take connector protective
box out of accessory bag.
Install it over both
refrigerator and water
valve wiring connectors.
For some models, the
box is covered by
aluminum foil. Do not
remove the aluminum foil
from the box during the
installation.
Reverse above
assembly sequence
(①⑥⑤④③②) to
remove water valve
from refrigerator
cabinet.

Disconnect the power from the refrigerator.
