TheCycle Indicator Lightsshow what stage the washer is in.When the Selector knob is set to a new cycle, the Indicator
Lightswill flash momentarily, showing what stages the cycle will go through. On models without an AUTOSOAKoption,

Wash Cycle-Cycle Selector Knob
Thewash cycle controls the length and intensity of the washing process.The knob can be turned in either direction.
Turning the CycleSelector knob after starting a cycle will stop the washer and reset the cycle to the new selection.
PressSTARto begin the new cycle selection.

PREWASHForremoving surface dirt from heavily soiled clothes. Make sure to follow with a
regular wash cycle.
CASUALS(GentleWash/Slow Spin) Forwrinkle-free and permanent pressitems and knits. Providesa low speed spin.
EASYCARE(GentleWash/Fast Spin) Forwrinkle-free and permanent pressitems and knits. Providesa high speed spin.
DELICATESIE×tra Gentle Wash/Slow Spin} For lingerieand special-carefabrics with light soil.Providesa low speedspin.
DRAIN& SPINORSPINONLYIFast Spin} Fordraining the tub and spinning water out of the clothes. Providesa high

QUICKRINSEIFast Spin} Rinsesand spins non-soiled items where a rinseonly is desired. Providesa high speed spin.
START
PressSTARTto begin the cycle. PressingSTARTagain will PAUSEthe cycle and the Cycleindicator light will blink.
Tocontinue the cycle, pressSTARTagainor closethe lid.If machine is paused more than 24 hours,the cycle will be
cancelled.Tostop the cycle, hold the button for :3seconds. Ifwater remains inthe machine, selectthe DRAIN& SPIN
ORSPINONLYcycle to drain tub and spin water out of the washer tub.
Raisingthe lid will stop agitation or spin action but does not pausethe cycle.
This model has AUTOMATICLOAD SENSING.This selection provides the correct amount of water suited to the size and
type of load placed in the unit.
- The washer will not fill with water during automatic load sensing if the lid is open. When the lid is closed the machine
is able to begin filling with water in order to sense the load size.
Note: This is a high efficiency washing mahine with Infusor TM wash action. This system requires less water while
providing effective cleaning action. Youmay notice that the water level is lower than on your previous washer. Thisis
normal for an Infusor_equipped washer.
Liquid Bleach Funnel
Thewater fill dilutes liquid chlorine bleach as the washer fills for the wash cycle.
[] Check clothing care labelsfor special instructions.
_] IVleasureliquid bleach carefully, following instructions on the bottle.
• Neverpour undiluted liquid chlorine bleachdirectlyonto clothes or into the wash basket.
• Oo not pour powdered bleachinto bleach funnel.
Beforestarting the washer, pour measured amount of bleach directly into bleach funnel.
Avoidsplashing or over-filling dispenser. If you preferto use powdered bleach,add it into
the wash basket with your detergent.
• Do not mix chlorine bleachwith ammonia or acids suchas vinegarand/or rust remover.
Mixing can produce a toxic gas which may causedeath.
