Temperature Selection Chart
To keep several different toods hot, set
tile control to tile fl_od needing tile highest
setting. Place tile items needing tile highest
setting on the bottom of the drawer and
items needing less heat on the rack.
The temperature, b'pe and amo/mt of
tood, and the time held will affect the
quali F of tile tood.
Food in heat-safe glass and glass-_'eramic
utensils may need a higher control setting
as compared to t0od in metal utensils.
Repeated opening of tile drawer allows
tile hot air to escape and tile t0od
to cool.
Mlow extra time fi)r tile temperature
inside the drawer to stabilize after
adding items.
With lmge loads it may be necessary to
use a higher them_osmt setting and
cover SOIlle o_' tile cooked t0od iteIl/S.
Do not use plastic containe_5 or
plastic wrap.
