Self-Cleaning Oven

The oven must be completely cool in order to
set the self-clean cycle.
We recommend venting with an open window
or using a ventilation Ires or hood during tile
fi_t seli:clean cycle.
Clean soil fix)in tile fran/e around tile oxen
door and outside the door *asket These areas
must be cleaned bx hand.
Do not clem_ the door gasket by hmld as this
could damage it.
Wipe up excess grease and other fl)od spills
with a damp cloth. This will inildnfize tile
alSSOtlist of slnoke created during seltecleaning.
Remove all cookware, oven shelves, broiler pan,
grid, racks and any ahmdlmln toil fl'oln tile oven.
Make sure the oven light lens mid lens frmne
are in place.
Do not use commercial oven cleaners or oven
protectors in or near the self-cleanhlg oven.

not be able to set a tilned cooking or
cleaning flmction in both oxens at the

clean for a selected length of time and turn off
autolnaticallv.
NOTE: Before begilming inake sure tile clock
shows tile correct tilne of (lax.
1 Turn tile mode selector knob to TIMED.
2 Turn tile oven control knob to SEI,F CI,EAN.
3 Tin'IS tile temi)erature control knob
to CI,EAN.
Clean time is normally 3 hours. You can
change tile clean time to any time between
2 and 4 hours depending on tile amount of
soil iIs V()IIF ()veil.
4 Press tile COOK TIME buttolS if a tilne other
than 3 hours is needed.
5 Press tile increase "A" or decrease "V"
button to set tile cleaning tilne.
If the increase "A" or decrease "V" button is
not pressed within 5 seconds of pressing the
COOK TIME button vou will need to press
COOK TIME again.
The display will show CI,EAN and the clean
tilne remailfilsg.
As tile oven heats to tile clean temi)erature tile
door will lock automatically: The locked door,
PREHEAT and the oven ON indicator lights
t tlI'IS oIs.
6 _MteI" tile clean cycle is comi)lete, tile oven has
cooled and the locked door indicator light is
ofl_ turls the oven control knobs to OFF and
tile inode selector knob to MANUAl,.
If your oven is connected to a 208V electrical
suppl_ we recomlnelsd that you set your clean
time for 4 hours.
