the door
Inside of the door:
• Because tile area inside tile gasket is cleaned
during tile sell'clean cycle, you do not need to
clean this by hand. Any soap left on tile liner
causes additional stains when the oven is
heated so be sure to rinse thoroughly:
• The area outside the gasket can be cleaned
with a soaI>filled scouring pad.
• Do not rub or clean the door gasket--
the fiberglass material of the gasket has an
extremely low resistance to abrasion. An intact
and well-fitting oven door gasket is essential
fl)r energy-efficient oven operation and good
baking results. If vou notice the gasket
becoming worn, fl'ayed or damaged in any
way or if it has become displaced on the oven,
wm should have it replaced.
Outside of the door:
Do not use a steel wool pad; it will scratch
the surface,
Clean with hot soapy water. Rinse and dry:
If fl)od soil remains, try a general kitchen
cleane_; such as Fantastik_ Simple Green '_
or Formula 409<: _
For hard to clean soil use a standard stainless
steel cleaner such as gon-Ami; _ Cameo '_or Bar
Keepers Friend<_ Apply cleaner with a damp
sponge, rinse thoroughly and d_T. Alwavs scrub
lightly in the direction of the grain.
After cleaning, use a stainless steel polish such
as Stainless Steel Magic <: (t0r stainless steel
models on stainless steel surtaces only).
To clean the outside of the windo_, use a glass
cleaner. Rinse and polish with a drv cloth.
Do not allow tile water or cleanser to Itln down
inside the openings in the glass.
