4. Indicate how and when the refresh occurs.

Check the Refresh Worklist on Startup button to refresh the Patient Schedule from the
HIS/RIS each time the system is restarted. This box is selected by default.

Check the
Refresh worklist only when button is clicked button to prevent automatic
updates and refresh the Patient Schedule from the HIS/RIS only when the user selects
Refresh List from the Schedule dropdown menu.
○
Check the
Auto-Refresh Timing button to activate automatic updates to the Patient
Schedule. This box is selected by default.
○
Select the frequency of the automatic refresh using the dropdown list of time increments.
You can choose increments of time from 2 minutes to 1 hour.
5. Click [Save] to update Refresh Setup with your changes or [Close] to quit Refresh Setup
without changing the settings.
