Completing the Installation Paperwork
NOTE: On completion of a Vivid 3N ultrasound scanner installation, it is important to record the relevant System
Installation details (see Table 3-25 below) and Product Locator Installation details (see Figure 3-49
"Product Locator Installation Card (ICD)" on page 3-70), for future reference.

Enter the serial number printed on the main label (refer to 1-4-3-1 "Main Label" on page 1-13), and the
other relevant system installation details into the following table:
