3-11-4 The Post Delivery Check List
Before shipment from the factory, this product has been thoroughly tested and visually inspected. The
product is a fine tuned electronic instrument and should be treated properly during transportation.
To learn about any issues that are discovered at the reception of the package or when unpacking and
installing the product, the Post Delivery Checklist has been introduced.
• Please complete the form on the back of this reminder, the Post Delivery Checklist, and mail or fax
it to our System Test department as soon as you have unpacked, installed and verified the product.
• If you prefer to use email, you can report your findings in an email and send it to:
