7-4-5-2 Software Status
Use Software Status to view general information about the
software installed on the Vivid T9/Vivid T8 .
The information on Software Status is available to all service
class licenses.
To access Software Status, navigate to Utility > Service >
Home.

This table shows all the elements available on Software Status
with descriptions.
Table 7-2: Software Status
Element DESCRIPTION
System Date Current date in the format <day>, <month> <date>
<year>.
System Time Local time based on the last time the system desktop
was refreshed in the format <hh:mm:ss>.
Application Installation Date Date the application software was installed. The
application software includes the Vivid T9/Vivid T8
product-specific software.
Base Image Installation Date Date the base image software was installed. The
base image software includes the Windows
operating system and other supporting software.
Base Image Version Version number of the base image software
Application Software Version Version number of the application software
Application Status Status of the application. Valid values are
• Running
• Stopped
