Instandhaltung
Inspektionen
• Luftschlauchanschlüsse auf festen Sitz prüfen.
• Entlüftungsstopfen auf passgenauen Sitz im Gehäuse
prüfen (IP-Schutzmaßnahme).
• Entlüftungsstopfen auf Luftaustritt prüfen bzw. prü-
fen , ob er nicht abgedeckt ist.
• Schalldämpfer auf Verschmutzung prüfen.
• Ordnungsgemäßen Sitz der elektrischen Steckverbin-
der prüfen.
Maintenance
Inspections
• Check air hose connection for firm seat.
• Check vent plug for accurate seat in the housing
(IP protective measure).
• Check event plug for escaping air or check whether it
is not taken off.
• Check sound absorber for impurities
• Check proper seat of the electrical plug connector.
Demontage
• Elektrische- und pneu-
matische Anschlüsse
vom Stellungsregler (B)
abbauen.
• Stellungsregler (B) nach
links (in Pfeilrichtung)
drehen bis der Anschlag
erreicht wird.
VORSICHT
Die Potentiometerspindel
(P) ist ein empfindliches
Bauteil und muss vorsich-
tig behandelt werden!
VORSICHT
Die Haube (H) des Stel-
lungsreglers (B) darf nicht
demontiert werden, eben
so dürfen die Aufsätze
1+2 nicht zerlegt werden.
Dismantling
• Dismantle electrical and
pneumatical connec-
tions from the
positioner (B).
• Turn positioner (B) to
the left (in direction of
the arrow) until the
limit stop is reached
CAUTION
The potentiometer
spindle (P) is a sensitive
component and must be
handled with care!
CAUTION
The cap (H) of the
positioner (B) must not be
dismounted. The base
elements 1+2 must not be
dismantled.
