STEP 6

Loosen and remove the retainer bolt (1) and nut (2)
from the upper pivot pin.
STEP 7

Remove the grease fitting from the upper pivot pin
and remove the upper pivot pin.
STEP 8
Remove the lift cylinder from the machine using the
hoist.
NOTE:
If necessary, use this same procedure to
remove the opposite side lift cylinder.
LIFT CYLINDER INSTALLATION
STEP 9

Using the hoist and lifting strap, position the lift
cylinder in the cylinder mounts.
STEP 10

Install the grease fitting in the end of the pivot pin.
Align the pivot pin retainer bolt hole, with the hole in
the cylinder mount. Reinstall the upper pivot pin.
Use care not to damage the grease fitting.
