INSTALLING THE REAR AUXILIARY TABLE (CONTINUED)
BEFORE ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION AND THAT THE POWER CORD IS UN-
PLUGGED. DO NOT PLUG IN OR TURN ON THE SAW UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
STEPS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL.
INSTALLING THE RIP FENCE
1. Set the fence rail on a flat surface. 2. Remove one nut and one flat flasher from each of
the three rods (leave a washer and a nut on each
rod).
13. Using two 14 mm keys, lock the two rods by holding
the flange and tightening the lock nut.
14. Tighten the cap screws using a 6 mm Allen key.
3. Hand tighten the nut A against the rail. 4. With the help of an assistant, insert the three rods
into the mounting holes in the tables.
