BEFORE ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION AND THAT THE POWER CORD IS UN-
PLUGGED. DO NOT PLUG IN OR TURN ON THE SAW UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
STEPS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL.
INSTALLING THE RIP FENCE (CONTINUED)
5. Hand tighten a nut with a flat washer onto each rod
under the tables.
7. Slide the fence body onto the rail. 8. Screw the lock lever onto the fence face.
6. Remove the stop at the end of the rail using a 5 mm
Allen key.
9. Screw the lock knob on the fence body.
Note: To move the fence body, do not tighten the knob all
the way.
10. Screw the main lock lever on the fence body.
