BEFORE ASSEMBLING, MAKE SURE THAT THE SWITCH IS IN THE “OFF” POSITION AND THAT THE POWER CORD IS UN-
PLUGGED. DO NOT PLUG IN OR TURN ON THE SAW UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
STEPS DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION OF THE MANUAL.
5. Install the motor cover door on the back of the ma-
chine by inserting the pins into the hinge sockets.
6. Pull back the lock lever, close the door, and then
release the lock lever to lock the door.
7. Slide the dust tube support arm onto the brackets
as shown.
9. Slide one end of the flexible hose onto the dust outlet. 10. Slide the other end of the hose onto the dust tube
and secure it by tightening the hose clamp with a
Phillips screwdriver.
8. Lock the arm in place by tightening the two lock
knobs.
