Speed Alert
Ideal for parents of younger drivers, this feature allows you to pre-set a speed
limit for your Genesis vehicle. Should the speed limit be exceeded, you will
be notified in-vehicle and via your choice of text messaging or e-mail.
•
In order to use this feature, toggle the switch next to ‘Speed Alert’ in
the Safeguard section of the Genesis Intelligent Assistant
smartphone app to the ON position.
•
Select '0 mph' from the Safeguard Alerts section and set your
desired allowable top speed.
• Once activated, you will automatically receive an alert should your
vehicle exceed the pre-designated speed limits.
Please note: Notifications are subject to adequate cellular coverage and signal
strength, and only available in the 50 United States.
Curfew Alert
This feature allows you to pre-set acceptable time intervals for when your
Genesis vehicle can and cannot be driven. Should these be exceeded, you
will be notified in-vehicle and via your choice of text messaging or e-mail.
• In order to use this feature, toggle the switch next to ‘Curfew Alert’ in
the Safeguard section of the Genesis Intelligent Assistant
smartphone app to the ON position.
• Select 'Add a Curfew' from the Safeguard Alerts section and set
your desired time limits.
• Once activated, you will automatically receive an alert should the
curfew limits be exceeded.

strength, and only available in the 50 United States.

Other Features
To use Vehicle Safeguard Alerts to go the 'Utilities' menu in the Genesis
Intelligent Assistant smartphone app, then select 'Vehicle Safeguard
