Summary

Unpacking and Initial Setup

Unpacking Instructions

Remove all packaging material from between shelves and inner walls, and peel off outer protective film before use.

Mains Supply Connection

Check voltage/load, connect 240V units with supplied lead, or wire 110V units via qualified electrician.

Oven Operation

Setting the Temperature

Position shelves, switch on mains, oven heats to set point. Adjust set point using UP/DOWN buttons.

Over-Temperature Selector

Set switch to 120°C for temps up to 110°C, or 200°C for temps above 110°C.

Overheat Protection

Red LED illuminates and disables heat if chamber temp exceeds overheat set point.

Maintenance and General Care

Routine Checks

Check supply lead, plug, switch operation, and indicators before each use.

Preventative Maintenance Schedule

Maintain clean/dry condition. Check connections, fuse, overheat system, and control temperature periodically.

Cleaning and Component Access

Clean outer surfaces and chamber with damp cloth. Access fan/element for debris removal via bottom cover.
