HOW
TO VACUUM
PACKAGE
WITH
GERYON
BAGS
1 .
Place the
items
to
be
sealed
into
a
pre
-
cut
or
custom
sized
bag
.
Leave
at
least
2.5
inches between the
contents
and
the
top
of
the
bag
to
allow
for
bag
contraction
.
2 .
Open
the
lid
and
place
the
open
end
of
the
bag
down
into the
vacuum
chamber
.

.
Close
Lid
.
Press
firmly
on
both
sides
of
the Lid until
two
"
click
"
sound
heard
so
that
the
tabs
on
both
sides
click
into
place
.
NOTE
:
Sealer
will
not
operate
if
Lid is
not
properly
closed

To
prevent
crushing
delicate
items
,
you
may
choose
"
Gentle
"
mode
before
"
Vac
Seal
"
,
Default
setting
is
Dry
Food
and
"
Normal
"
mode
Then
press
the
[
Vac
Seal
]
button and
the
bag
will
be
automatically
vacuumed and
sealed
.
When
the
indicator
light
turns
off
again
,
the
process
is
finished
.

Press
buttons
on
both
sides
of
the lid
to
release
the
sealed
bag
.
Refrigerate
or
freeze
if
needed
NOTE
1 :
Make
sure
you
give
the
appliance
time
to
cool
down
.
Wait
at
least
40
seconds
between
seals
.
NOTE
2 :
Appliance
will
time
out
after
a
couple
of
minutes
if
vacuum
cannot
be
reached
