is
NOT
a
substitute
for
refrigeration

foods
that
require
refrigeration
must
still
be
refrigerated
or
frozen
after

packaging
.
It
is
difficult
to
predict
how
long
foods
will
retain
their
top
-
quality
flavor
,
appearance
or
texture
because
it
depends
on
age
and
condition
of
the
food
on
the
day
it
was
vacuumed
packaged
.
This
vacuum
preservation
system
will
change
the
way

and

foods
.
Once
you
are
accustomed
to
vacuum
packing
,
it
will
become
an
indispensable
part
of
your
food
preparation
.
Please
follow
certain
procedures
when
using
this
appliance
to
ensure
food
quality
and
safety
