The Welding Process

Thermostatic Unit Operation

Connect to power, set temperature. Green LED flashes when set point is reached.

Electronic Unit Operation

Connect to power, set temperature. Red LED flashes when set point is reached.

Heat Distribution Waiting Time

Wait approximately 10 minutes after reaching set temperature for proper heat distribution.

Performing the Weld

Insert pipe and fitting axially into bushings, hold for specified time, then slide together.

Cooling Down

Allow welded areas to cool down completely, approximately one hour.
