Gilson and its worldwide network of authorized
distributors provide you with four types of assist-
ance: sales, technical, applications and service.
Customer Service personnel are able to serve you more
efficiently if you provide the following information:
The serial number and model number of the
equipment involved.
The installation procedure you used.
A concise list of the symptoms.
A list of operating procedures and conditions you
were using when the problem arose.
A list of other devices connected to the system (if
any) and a system diagram showing the connections.
A list of other electrical connections in the room.
