1 (Cont.).-Communication failure between the microprocessor and the inverter
Voltage of 200/230V AC. at relay KA1 coil
terminals (models HS-6040, HS-6057, HS-6110,
EH090, EH130 and EH255).
Voltage of 12 V AC. at relay KA1 coil terminals
(models HS-6023, HS-6024, EH055, EH060).
Check the relay KA1 coil connection circuit.
Possible contactor failure.
Note 1:
- In case of any doubt regarding the proper functioning of the filter, and only during the checking process,
the filter can be bypassed and the inverter supplied directly.
- Due to the method of construction, and because of the function of discharging to earth, it is correct to detect
ohm continuity between the filter terminals and earth.
