1. Perform visual inspection in LAN socket for damage.
2. Check if the LED light at the top is illuminating after connecting LAN wire.
3. Check if G-scan3 is connected to internet.
(Check for Internet icon located at the top of the screen or go to settings-more-Ethernet)
If internet connection cannot be made, replace the main board.
