Scooter
suddenly stops
working
Excessive use of
scooters
Excessive overload (a steep incline, or the rider is too heavy) may have caused the motor to overheat
and trip the safety. If such a sudden stop of the scooter occurs, turn off the scooter (put it in OFF mode)
and wait about a minute before switching the battery on again.
Wires or connectors
are loose or
unplugged
Check all wires and connectors to make sure they are connected and secure.
Improper use in
wet environment
which has led to an
electronic short cut
ONE K E-MOTION 15 is not designed for wet, rain or puddle use.
If your problem arises as a result of such use please contact your dealer.
Scooter runs
sluggishly
Scooter is overloaded
Be careful not to overload the scooter beyond the maximum weight limit (100 kg).
Be careful not to use your scooter on steep slopes, and do not pull or tow objects or people.
Avoid overloading the scooter as this will cause premature wear of the battery and its components.
