havereceivedafullandclearexplanation
ofitsoperation.Theinstallerislegally
requiredtocompleteacommissioning
checklistasameansofcomplyingwiththe
appropriateBuildingRegulations(England
andWales).

AreaBuildingControleitherdirectlyor
throughaCompetentPersonsScheme.

berequiredintheeventofanywarranty
workandassupportingdocumentation
relatingtohomeimprovementsinthe
optionaldocumentssectionoftheHome
InformationPack.
Toensurethecontinuedefcientandsafe
operationoftheboileritisrecommended
thatitischeckedandservicedatregular
intervals.Thefrequencyofservicingwill
dependuponthesiteconditionsand
usage,butingeneral,onceayearshould
beenough.
