All-Weather Cargo Area and
QuickDrain System
Your vehicle is equipped with cargo area
floor drains and a durable, synthetic
cargo mat.
Cargo Tie-Downs
There are four movable cargo tie-downs
installed in the cargo area. The cargo
tie-downs can be relocated to any of the
12 locations in the cargo area.
Remove the cargo
tie-down you wish
to move using a 10-
millimeter hex head
socket.
Unscrew and
remove the plastic plug in the location
where the cargo tie-down is to be
installed.
Install the cargo-tie down in new
location using a 10-millimeter hex
head socket.
Install the plastic plug in place of the
removed cargo tie-down by pushing it
into place.
Cargo Area Floor Drains
Clean the cargo
area floor drains
periodically to
allow water to exit
the cargo area.
Lower the
Midgate.
Lift the Midgate flap to access the
cargo area floor drain covers.
Remove the pushpin in the top
surface of the floor drain cover with
a Phillips screwdriver.
Lift each floor drain cover straight up.
Reverse the process to reinstall the
cargo area floor drain covers before
operating the vehicle.
Remove the cargo area mat
You can remove the cargo mat.
However, it must be
installed during
vehicle operation.
Remove the two
pushpins in the
top surface of
the cargo mat
with a Phillips
screwdriver.
Push the cargo mat forward as far as
it will go.
Lift up on the tab of the rear of the
cargo mat and lift it from the vehicle.
Reverse the process to reinstall the
cargo mat before operating the
vehicle.
See Section 2 of your Owner Manual.
Electronically Controlled
Air Suspension System
(if equipped)
The Electronically Controlled Air
Suspension System automatically
adjusts the rear of the vehicle to a level
ride height whether it is loaded or
unloaded. The system includes an air
compressor, which may produce an
occasional “whirring” or “hissing” sound
under the rear of the vehicle. This sound
indicates that the system air compressor
is operating to provide a level ride
height, and is normal.
See Section 4 of your Owner Manual.
