Turn off the dash cam and take off the SD card. And then, reinsert it and turn
the dash cam on. Otherwise, it is related to the life of the SD card.
If you experience the same symptoms afterward, contact us within 3 months of
warranty.
SD card damage
1. Check the cable connection.
2. Check whether it is a 2-wire or a 3-wire type.
(2-wire type does not apply to items ② below.)
3. Cause of discharge
Vehicle battery discharge
② Setup → Voltage Management → LBP On → LBP Cutoff Voltage is set 12.0V
as default.
① Especially, in winter, the cold weather weakens the vehicle's battery
performance, and short driving times can cause the vehicle to discharge.
It prevents from being discharged discharge by activating the LBP function
being symbiotic with the car battery.
Turn off your device if you need to park for more than 24 hours.
Even when LBP is set, the battery may drain during long-term parking.
