As a professional power supply product, GODOX PB960
power pack is designed to charge speedlites with external
power input ports, including on-camera flashes from Canon,
Nikon, Sony, and Godox, etc.
With Godox PB960 power pack, it takes only one second to
charge flashes such as Canon 580 EX II, Nikon SB-900, and
Sony F58AM at max. power. It can provide up to 1800 full-
power flashes with a Canon 580EX II or Nikon SB-900.
Flashes mentioned above can be used on PB960 by replacing
a plug-in connector cable. In addition, it can charge iPhone,
iPad, iPod and other products with a USB interface.
With the MCU (Micro-Controller Unit), this product integrates
software protection and hardware protection and adopts heat-
resistant nylon plastics, ensuring higher safety and reliability.
There are high-voltage components inside the product. Do
not carry out disassembly or maintenance by yourself, or
electric shock may occur.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Please do not touch the metal part of the plug and the socket.
Please do not use this product under flammable conditions
(such as areas containing flammable gases or liquid
chemicals), or it may result in fire disaster.
Make sure all plugs and sockets are reliably and firmly
connected.
This product is not water resistant. Please keep it away from
rain, snow or humidity.
Please do not leave or use this product at a temperature of
above 40(104°F).
Since this product has a much higher power output than the
ordinary built-in battery of the flash, the flash may be
damaged when used at high frequency and high power. To
avoid overheating of the flash, please allow a break of about
10 minutes after 40 continuous full-power flashes.
Only when this product is at power-off status, can the plug be
inserted or removed.
With GODOX PB960 power pack, it takes only one second
to charge Canon 580EX II, Nikon SB900, Sony F58AM
flashes at maximum power, and 1800 times of flashes in full
brightness is supported.
If the battery of the power pack requires replacement, please
contact a professional service outlet to replace it with a new
tailor-made battery supplied by GODOX.
Damage due to unauthorized disassembling of the power
pack is not covered by the warranty.
Damage due to operations violating the instructions in this
Instruction Manual is not covered by the warranty.
Select a connector cable that is compatible with your product.

Overview

The Godox PB960 Propac is a professional power pack designed to charge speedlites with external power input ports, including on-camera flashes from Canon, Nikon, Sony, and Godox. It significantly reduces flash recycle time and extends the number of full-power flashes, making it an essential accessory for professional photographers.

Function Description:

The primary function of the Godox PB960 is to provide a high-capacity, external power source for speedlites, enabling faster recycling and a greater number of flashes compared to using only internal flash batteries. It can charge flashes like the Canon 580EX II, Nikon SB-900, and Sony F58AM at maximum power in approximately one second. The device is also capable of charging other USB-compatible products such as iPhones, iPads, and iPods. The integrated MCU (Micro-Controller Unit) ensures software and hardware protection, while the use of heat-resistant nylon plastics enhances safety and reliability.

Important Technical Specifications:

  • Battery: Large-capacity lithium battery (11.1V/4500mAH).
  • Flash Capacity: Provides up to 1800 full-power flashes with a Canon 580EX II or Nikon SB-900.
  • Recycle Time: Approximately 1 second (at full power).
  • Charging Time: Approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
  • Outputs: Dual outputs for powering two separate flashes simultaneously without reducing recycle time.
  • Dimensions: 159mm x 133.5mm x 49.2mm.
